Spacious room, excellent breakfast. the modern double room I stayed in was bright and clean, while the breakfast selection was fresh, with a great variety including pastries and local Irish cuisine.

The room felt pretty average, and the lighting was poor—no main light, just a couple of lamps. Everything was clean, but I noticed some stains on the carpet that seemed permanent. The TV was small and had some damage on the screen. It just felt old and tired and could really use an update. A hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities were available, but that’s about it.

The fitness center was great, but the noise from outside kept us awake all night.

The warm swimming pool was refreshing, and I especially enjoyed the sauna and hot stone chairs which created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always polite and made me feel welcome by providing clear directions throughout my stay.
